Shipping Policy – Finds by Pinju
At Finds by Pinju, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy before placing an order.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within India and to selected international destinations, including the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
For UAE deliveries, please note that local customs/VAT charges may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
2. Mandatory WhatsApp Number
A valid WhatsApp number is required at checkout.
This ensures we can send shipping updates, delivery confirmations, and contact you instantly if there are any order-related issues.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once processed, you will receive order confirmation and tracking details via WhatsApp and/or email.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery after dispatch: 8–14 business days (may vary based on location and courier availability).
Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
5. Shipping Costs
India: Free shipping on all orders.
UAE: Standard shipping charges apply and will be calculated at checkout.
6. Customs & Import Duties (For UAE Orders)
Orders shipped to the UAE may be subject to 5% VAT, customs duties, or clearance fees.
These charges are set by UAE Customs and must be paid by the customer at delivery.
We ship only fashion/imitation jewelry (not real gold/precious metals), but customs clearance may still apply.
7. Address Changes
Address changes can be requested before your order is dispatched.
Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
8. Tracking Your Order
Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.
If you have not received your tracking details within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us on WhatsApp or email.
9. Shipping Delays
While we strive for on-time delivery, delays can occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. Your patience is appreciated.
10. Proof of Shipment Opening for Refunds
For refund or replacement claims due to damage, defect, or missing items, you must provide a clear, unedited video showing:
The sealed package from all sides before opening
The full unboxing process without cuts or edits
The product clearly visible after opening
Without this proof, refund or replacement requests may be declined.
