findsbypinju – Returns & Refund Policy

We want every order from findsbypinju to bring you joy. We work closely with trusted suppliers to ensure quality, but if there’s an issue, we’ll do our best to make it right.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email).

The item is not marked as final sale, clearance, or a custom/personalized design.

2. Mandatory Proof for Damaged/Incorrect Items

To help us process refunds or replacements quickly and fairly:

You must record a clear video while opening your parcel. This video must show the package condition, the unboxing process, and the item inside.

Without this video proof, we may not be able to approve a refund or replacement, as we cannot verify the issue with the supplier.

3. How to Request a Return

Email findsbypinju@gmail.com before sending any product back. Include:

Your order number

Reason for return

The opening video (if claiming damage or wrong item)

Clear photos of the product

We’ll confirm your request and provide the correct return address. Do not return items to our business address, as these cannot be processed.

4. Refund Process

After the returned item is received and approved by our supplier:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Processing takes 10–13 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send the required unboxing video and supporting photos.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund once confirmed.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges for size or style are possible if:

Approved by our supplier

The returned item meets our condition requirements

Stock is available

7. Items Not Eligible for Return

Gift cards

Final sale or clearance products

Personalized/custom-made pieces

Products returned without prior approval

8. Cancelling an Order

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it.
Once the order is processed by our supplier, cancellation is no longer possible.
